What you can do

A Wildlife Trust visitor centre at Rushden Lakes hosting family wildlife workshops, nature crafts, guided walks and eco-friendly shopping.

Visit the gateway to the Nene Wetlands nature reserve and Skew Bridge Lake. Walk directly onto the surfaced trails around the lake, or browse the visitor centre for eco-friendly gifts, wildlife books and bird food. Join regular family wildlife workshops, nature craft sessions and guided walks run by the Wildlife Trust BCN. Workshops should be booked in advance via the Wildlife Trust website.
